You are invited to a panel presentation, followed by a social event with experienced women’s mental health clinicians whom practice in various settings throughout the country. The panel will include past and present board members of the International Society of Reproductive Psychiatrists and Postpartum Support International. They will discuss 1) opportunities for further education, training opportunities and certifications in the field and 2) their experience working in various practice settings including academic medicine, integrated care in OBGYN clinics, group and private practice, and policy/advocacy work.

Identify opportunities to access advanced training and expert consultation in the field of perinatal mental health to improve your clinical skills in the field.
Compare and contrast various settings where a perinatal mental health clinician can successfully practice.
Describe several advocacy roles and organizations that a perinatal clinician can engage in to support individuals experiencing perinatal mental health conditions.
